RETURN POLICY

Returns & Defective Items

At Happiness Books, we take great care in getting your books to you in pristine condition. Because of the nature of our items, we only accept returns for defective products.

Exchanges: If your item arrives defective and you wish to exchange it, a replacement of the same item will be issued.

Timeframe: Return and exchange requests for defective items must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

To report a defective item and initiate a return, please contact our orders team with your order number and photos of the defect.
